When using GPT3.5 or GPT-3.5-turbo-16k model to summarize long articles, or the prompts including too many requirements, the model can become unstable, resulting in failure to output the specified language. It is recommended to select the GPT-4 model, or choose another prompt template, then regenerate the summary, which should typically resolve the issue.
You can choose from one of our provided prompt templates, or you can also create your own prompts to make more specific requests regarding length, tone, etc. Here's an example.
Summarize the following content using simple language and a friendly tone that a 10-year-old child would easily understand. Please keep your summary clear and engaging, using examples or comparisons that are relatable to a young audience.

There are a few reasons for this: GPT is not perfect and can be inconsistent, especially when given multiple demands at once. The prompts can also be ambiguous, particularly when the language used in the prompts differs from the output language.
GPT-4 has about 10 times the number of parameters as GPT-3.5, which means that more computing resources are needed to train and run GPT-4. And GPT-4 has a more complex model architecture than GPT-3.5, which also increases computational complexity.
